This was designed far back in the year of 1952 just starting having the first big studio club down in Saturn. In 1973 when the place made over hundreds of millions of dollars it was redesigned to be larger to have a gambling and poker center in this building. As the business grew larger in 1981 they wanted to have a shopping area and hotel in this building as they made more than enough to approving this idea. In 1987 the new owner have noticed how large the city has been growing in this area and he has disscused with the people working there and he wanted to construct a very high observation tower that people can go on to see the top of this building and see the view of this town. The observation tower was construct in 1991 and finished late 1993. This tower was known for to be very close to reach 1500 feet but shurly to be over 1480 feet high and in 1988 building the arcade area and laser tag for chidren to chill and have fun. This tower much was picture taken all over around the world and for to make the downtown view look better until they added on the Fria Tower in that area built in 1996 finished in Dec 1998 and stood over 1500 feet being the third tallest building in the world until the year 2001. There have been future palns to make this building to become one of the largest building in the world by square feet. As in the year of 2008 there will have be starting 3 or 4 3 dimitional cinema walkins in this building as the project being reconstruction approved and a tower to have a mirror crome tint to the future look of this downtown programed proof in 2020. This will be the only building that will never be a completed building ever through out the world.
